Hyerin is a brand spanking new, hot band from Bergen, Norway, led by singer-songwriter Julie Hyerin Aune. Hyerin started out as a solo project in 2020, and in true independent spirit, Julie wrote, produced, and released music by herself, not anticipating anything to come of it.
In late 2022, the band was formed after friend and bass player Morten suggested to jam. Soon, the band was expanded, and at the end of 2022, we decided to enter the Europavox Campus contest as a debut experience.
Our goal is to make music that feels good! With funky arrangements, catchy pop melodies and musicians that embody both soul and creativity, we’ve concocted music that hopefully will make you cry, dance, and sing along. Think of our music as a soundtrack to your life, it might feel good.
This concert will be a mixture of never-before-heard bangers, and fan favourites like “Looking into My Brain” and “Ordinary”. We look forward to sharing what we’ve been working on for the past three months!
