Miss Wednesday started as a solo project and is now a full band playing energetic songs within the folk-rock and indie genres. After winning their local finale, they will represent Norway in the great European finale of Europavox Campus, in Regensburg, on the 9th of April. Before they arrive in Germany, Susanne Hemnes, the singer of the band shares with us her portrait:
What would you be if you were…
A music instrument?
A rainbow coloured Glockenspiel.
A European landscape?
The Hardanger fjord in bloom.
A climate?
A warm norwegian spring.
A meal?
A fruit salad.

A time of the day (or night)?
11.11 on a Wednesday.
A color?
Yellow.
A musical era?
The 60-70s singersongwriter protest song era.
A European city?
Brighton.

A book?
Klimaglede by Brita Helleborg, a handbook about how to live more environmentally friendly, guiltfree.
And finally: a meeting with someone?
Joni Mitchell.
