elen in wavs
elen in wavs is the solo project of Elena, in which she rides different waves of styles and approaches to songwriting. Most of the time it’s just her and her electric guitar, but more and more often she arranges songs on Ableton and explores worlds of digital production. As a result, her music has many facets: from singer-songwriter to neo-soul to indie pop to post-rock, or sometimes all of these at once.
Her music is an experiment in expressing her innermost self in sound.
Emi Lia
Emi Lia is a singer-songwriter, originally from the small but beautiful city of Weimar, and has been writing her own songs for many years, accompanying herself with guitar, piano or ukulele. After moving to Regensburg, she started recording and producing her songs in her flat-share room between rush-hour traffic, ambulance sirens and car parades. After months of overcoming and perfectionism, she then released her first single “Different World” on all music platforms at the end of 2022.
Zaraluna
Zaraluna, that’s Sarah and Luna. They met during their studies in Regensburg and have been making music together for one year and a half. They play self-written and arranged songs with guitar, vocals and cello and with occasional percussive accompaniment. Their musical influences range between indie, soul and singer-songwriter. The mood of their songs is characterised by expressive vocals and spherical, dreamy cello sounds.
Raveslut
A critique of society wrapped in rock-metal riffs, sprinkled with a dose of punk rock and mixed with changes of tempo and rhythm as well as a lot of energy – this is what Regensburg band Raveslut, founded in 2015 by Thomas, lyricist, lead singer and bass player, is all about. The straightforward lyrics, often with aggressive humour, and describe their own experiences and views on their lives and the band.
