Magdalena Schwarzwald

Magdalena has been active in the arts and culture industry for a long time. She creates opportunities for people working in art and culture – she runs her own rehearsal rooms and a record store. She is also active as an artist herself. During Corona, she founds the band EchoPark and receives the Pop Stipendium for newcomers in 2022.

Syria Kalali

Syria is twenty three years old and currently studying Social Work. She likes to engage with people in social settings, especially in cultural gatherings. Therefore travelling and experiencing new cultures are her favourite activities also in combination, as music festivals.

Matthias Segerer

Matthias being a part of W1, he has been working since 2009 with and for young people in order to enable them to experience, create, learn and network culture and arts. Over the years, he has worked with a vast number of bands and artists from all over the world, organizing shows, counseling aspiring musicians and occasionally recording or producing them.

Dominik Hares

Dominik likes listening to music, but making some is even better. It‘s a big part of his life. That‘s why he likes to connect with other musicians. They learn from one another and can enjoy so many different sounds. And when he’s not thinking about notes, melody, tones, theory and other things, he really likes to cook and read.

Maximilian Freitag

Max is twenty six years old and plays guitar since he’s twelve. Very passionate about music, he enjoys listening to it everyday. Being experimental and creative with his guitar is something he wants to celebrate. He writes songs on his own and loves discovering new stuff in terms of music or arts in general.

Thomas Kahn

Thomas Kahn is a singer, writer, composer and guitarist of Soul Auvergne. Self-taught professional musician for ten years, he made his first steps in the metro and bars in Paris. Since 2013 he has recorded three EPs, two albums, and has played more than 300 concerts, some of which opening for international artists in venues such as the Olympia like the Olympia, the Bataclan, the Cigale or in Zenith, participated in the show The Voice in 2015 and Taratata in 2022.

Benjamin Lassauzet

Benjamin Lassauzet, doctor in musicology, teaches at the University of Clermont-Auvergne as an associate professor since 2016. His fields of specialization include French music of the early 20th century music of the early 20th century and Icelandic folk music.

Laura Tisset

Laura, after three years of volunteering at Radio Campus as a columnist and and music programmer, had the opportunity to join the the salaried team in 2020. Radio Campus highlights the local music scene in its music programming but also through the weekly music show Live in Room (interview and showcase of showcase of local artists/groups).

Salomé Besse

Salomé, after three years of experience as a program manager at the Centre francophone Hamilton (Ontario, Canada), a French-speaking cultural center in an English-speaking environment, obtained a Master’s degree in Management of cultural organizations at the University of Paris Dauphine. She joined the Europavox team four years ago as a project manager and coordinates the European projects.

Frédéric Roz

Frédéric trained as a pianist, from jazz to electronic music, from song to musical composition for contemporary dance, from the studio to the stage, this jack-of-all-trades in contemporary music. After fifteen years as a professional musician, he was one of the first to obtain a state diploma as a teacher specializing in amplified contemporary music in the 2000s. He was a precursor of teaching and support systems within various associations and local authorities.

Léandre Dupont

Léandre Dupont, student at the IAE Clermont Auvergne, where he is preparing his thesis in management sciences. In addition, he is involved in the FedEA, the Auvergne Students’ Federation, where he is the General Secretary in charge of the Associative Network.

François Audigier

François is passionate about music, and likes to search perpetually for the most beautiful song in the world. He is a concert organizer, a curator, loves to help artists and encourage them to go as far as possible in their different projects.

Chloé Le Pogam

Chloé, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Cultural and Audiovisual Management at the University of Clermont Auvergne, is currently in charge of cultural action within the cultural service of the Crous Clermont Auvergne. She participates in the organization of the student musical springboard Pulsations du Crous.

Bergen

Trygve Fjeldheim Hovelsen

Trygve, twenty four years old, has a bachelors degree in music and teaching and is currently at his masters degree, while he’s conducting two choirs Bergen: “Rebellium” at this campus, and “Sirenene” at University of Bergen (UiB). He has played in several bands during his time at the University. His main instrument is singing, but he also plays piano a lot.

Bendik Hustadnes

Bendik is a twenty four years old musician with drums as his main instrument. He has played in many different bands (big band, funk, rock, metal) and pop acts over the last fifteen years. He has a bachelors degree as music teacher, and currently taking his masters degree in music with ensemble conducting.

Cătălina Ioana Oteleanu

Cătălina Ioana aka Kate Linn has been riding the sweet waves of success in South Eastern Europe and the Middle East since she was sixteen years old. Her sound has brought two Golden Palm awards in Turkey: Most Popular Song for Zaynah (2017) and Best Foreign Artist (2018). Your Love, an over eighty million plays hit, reached the no. one spot for several weeks

Alexandru Neș

Alexandru, composer, music producer, vocalist and sound/mix/mastering engineer. Member of the Union of Composers and Musicologists from Romania (UCMR). Music teacher at the Faculty of Arts of the Ovidius University of Constanța. In 2018, he composed his first musical: “The Hunchback of Notre-Dame”, libretto by Carmen Aldea Vlad, directed by Daniela Vitcu

Cristian Tarcea

Cristian studied music (Piano and Percussion instruments). Currently running an independent record label called Thrace Music where I produce and compose.
