In more than three decades of its existence, Ovidius University of Constanța has become one of the most important actors that contribute significantly to the development of the city and the region. The outstanding quality of teachers, the remarkable performance of students and graduates, the diversity of study programs, research, development, innovation and entrepreneurial projects, the development of large-scale scientific, cultural, and sporting events, but also the multicultural dimension are the elements that currently define our university.

The educational offer of the 16 faculties includes 79 bachelor’s degree programs, 60 master’s degree programs and 5 doctoral schools, with 7 doctoral fields of study. The students of Ovidius University of Constanța benefit from modern study programs, adapted to current European standards, which meet the requirements of the labor market. Furthermore, the university works in partnership with administrative authorities, national and international companies in all fields of activity so that students can benefit from attractive scholarships, internship programs and quality internships.

At Ovidius University of Constanța more than 1,100 foreign students are currently enrolled, and they come from all over the world, from Europe, the United States of America, Canada, the Middle East, The Far East, and Africa. The most important countries of origin are Israel, Greece, Turkey, and the Republic of Moldova.

During the university years, unique opportunities arise for students through associations and leagues within the University. Young people can choose one of the organizations according to their personal priorities, aspirations, and preferences, so that they engage with each other and the community at large, in volunteer activities and various projects, from workshops, trainings, fairs, to summer schools or festivals.
